If you have bought a property in Vilanova or its surroundings as an investment, we offer you a year-round management service.

Second home tourist rental income is a great way to cover your running costs and you can enjoy it aswel.

We can advertise your property on our website for long and short term rentals or simply give you the benefit that when you are not there, we will collect your mail, take care of your plants and perform general maintenance.

A full service contract is also available which includes: advice to get your apartment up and running, creation of your advertisement, management of different online platforms, booking service, check-in and check-out, cleaning and laundry.

The check-in`s are personalized to have a direct contact with the guests.

Vilanova Apartments S.L takes care of the check-in time by welcoming them with a "welcome-pack".

All the apartments function differently and we give written information to make their stay more pleasant. We will answer any questions they may have, such as transportation, restaurants, supermarkets, banks, etc.

We also ask the guests for some feedback and thank them for staying. Where it isn’t possible to do a personal check out, we inspect the property shortly after.  

We take care of the complete cleaning process of your apartment including the cleaning materials.

At the check in time, each bathroom will have two rolls of toilet paper, shower gel, hand soap and washing up liquid.

We have our own towels and our own linen which are changed from one reservation to the other. Washing is done industrially and professionally.

Vilanova Apartments asks the owners for 4 sets of keys.

We personally give the guests two sets of keys at the check-in. This is our opportunity to make direct contact and explain to them any important information about the apartment and answer any questions they may have.

At the time of furnishing your apartment for tourist use, you should have a minimum amount of items that we suggest for the comfort of guests.

Your commitment with Vilanova Apartments S.L. can be terminated at the end of the summer season or at any time of the year as long as there are no future bookings.
