We can offer ideas, advice, transport, or help you to make arrangements to visit these places independently.

We advise you to arrange appropriate insurance for your stay in Spain.

Hopefully you will have a trouble free holiday but in the event of you requiring assistance we will do our best to advise or help you.

Each apartment has a hairdryer. We also provide a complimentary initial supply of toilet paper and shower gel.

In addition, we can provide you with any forgotten toiletries, such as toothpaste, soap, shampoo, deodorant, dental floss, sun cream and after sun for an extra charge.

We can arrange this for an additional charge.

For those arriving in Vilanova by bus or train we will arrange to meet you at your apartment.

These are available to hire for 3.00€ each.

Clean changes of beach towels are available on request for an additional charge of 3.00€ euros per towel.

Each apartment has an information pack with instructions for basic household appliances, from the electrics to the taps. How to recycle, where to find rubbish bins and basic words in Spanish are included. 

Here you can find valuable tourist information. You can also go to the beach or city centre tourist office.

If you would like an initial supply of essential items ready for your arrival at your apartment, please let us know.

This can range from basic supplies such as tea, coffee and milk, to champagne, flowers and a seafood platter!

Our apartments are very well maintained but occasionally we may not be aware of a problem.

Please contact us and we will respond as quickly as possible to anything you report to us and keep you informed throughout the process of resolving any issues.

If you have bought property in Vilanova or the surrounding area as an investment, we offer a year round management service.

We can advertise your property on our website for long and short term rentals, or give you the benefit such as collecting mail, watering plants and general maintenance when you`re not there.

A full service contract is also available including; booking service, check ins and check outs, cleaning and laundry.
