CHARMING PENTHOUSE WITH SPECTACULAR VIEW OF THE MEDITERRANEAN SEA.

Fabulous family penthouse, in an enviable position, directly in front of the marina and main beaches from Vilanova i la Geltrú. Sleeps up to 6 people; spacious and light. Situated 41Km from Barcelona and 7Km from Sitges.

1 double bedroom with ensuite bathroom. A further 2 single rooms with a shower room. Communal airconditioned area.

Galley style open plan leaving with a double sofa bed and kitchen for family catering with a full oven, 2 hobs, small dishwasher, microwave and fully equipped with crockery, pans and cutlery etc. Fan area no air-conditioning.

Washing machine on the roof terrace with space to dry clothes.

Free wifi internet.

Lovely roof terrace with panoramic views of the sea, marinas, beaches and promenade. Equipped with seating and a bbq for eating al fresco and sipping cocktails whilst the sun goes down, after another hard day on the beach!

Free parking in a nearby underground garage.

Directly next to and underneath the apartments, there are excellent seafood restaurants and tapas bars. The main seafront promenade area is in front of the apartment with cafés and restaurants and great beach bars. Shops and the town center are just a 5 minutes walk away but a small bus stops along the seafront which takes you to the market, station and town center if needed.

10 minutes walk to the rail/bus station with direct lines (approx. every 20 minutes) to Sitges and Barcelona or once again the circuit bus takes you there.

We welcome children and can provide some equipment for babies/toddlers. Please enquire. We also have a large selection of toys for the home and beach. We regret that the apartment does not have disability access.

This apartment is equipped with a fire extinguisher, fire blanket, carbon monoxide & smoke alarms.

Andrea’s apartment is fantastic - very spacious and well kitted-out, in an ideal location by the beach. Not too long a train to Barcelona. And Andrea herself was so so helpful!

The apartment was in a great location, minutes from several beaches. We enjoyed unwinding on the terrace each day. The host was lovely and check in was easy. Our only issue was with some ants within the unit, host has been notified and said she was addressing the issue. Otherwise we really enjoyed our stay and would come back!

We stayed for 3 nights. The apartment was perfect for us. Great view over the marina, and saw a couple of beautiful sunrises. The apartment had everything we needed and was comfortable. I enjoyed my morning coffee up on the private roof terrace, where we also finished the day with drinks when we got home. We ate out but the apartment had a good kitchen area and there was a bbq and dining table on the roof terrace too. Andrea was very friendly and helpful. The town has lots of restaurants and bars so plenty of choice for food. The train station is nearby so we caught the train to Barcelona to spend a day there. I will definitely stay there again if we go back to the area.

Great location with a wonderfull view over the port. The appartment is well equiped and Andrea takes care of everything wondrerfully.

The apartment is in a perfect location and the sofa bed was a plus. However, it was quite difficult to find available sockets for appliances/computers/phones and it would have been nice to have a TV. The terrace was lovely upstairs but the table was tiny so we couldn't all fit around it so we didn't use the terrace. The kitchen would also benefit from some modernisation.

Great Appartment, Great Location

Apartment Felicia is a really well-equipped apartment in a great location. We were 5 people and there is plenty of space and the two bathrooms are really useful. The Apartment is really well equipped and has everything you need. The rooftop terrace is great for eating and relaxing. Andrea who does the booking is really nice and very friendly and makes you feel very welcome. Booking was very easy and efficient. The apartment is close to the marina and the restaurants and only a 1 min walk from the station. Villa Nova is a great place and not very touristy. Lots of restaurants and great beaches. It's really easy to get around. I would totally recommend this apartment.

Nice apartment in a good location with good restaurants and local people in a nice town. In the summer it can be hot at night without aircondition.

We have enjoyed and had a wonderful week here in Vilanova.

The apartment has a great view and us placed very centrally.

This weekend we have also could enjoy the festival with lots of music.

Also, this week has offered many nice activities, both on land and in the water.

We have enjoyed our stay in this very nice and well-equipped apartment. The week just went to fast and it`s time to leave...

Séjour d'aout

Appartement très agréable et très bien situé au pied de la Rambla et proches des commerces. Plages à proximité. Très belle terrasse avec vue sur le port/marina. Le parking privé fermé est un plus. Appartement en tous points conforme à la description et aux attentes.
