NICE FAMILIAR APARTMENT NEXT TO THE MEDITERRANEAN SEA.

Apartment 'Annie' is situated only a 100m from the beach. This apartment is ideal for a family or friends who want to enjoy waterfront restaurants, where to find fresh fish and other regional dishes and of course a great beach vacation.

Beautifully furnished and well equipped in a great location for a summer holiday. A 15-minute walk to the rail/bus station with direct lines (every 20 minutes) to Sitges and Barcelona. Also, small circuit buses go to the station every half hour (bus stop 100 meters).

The lounge/dining area is spacious and modern with TV, DVD and CD player. Patio doors lead out onto a large balcony. This is furnished with table and chairs for 'alfresco' breakfasts in the sun, or cool sundowners, before strolling across the road to the beach bar for pre-dinner drinks on the sand.

3 bedrooms (1 double, 1 twin and 1 smaller twin. The bathroom has a large walk-in shower and fittings with a hairdryer.

Well equipped kitchen with all amenities. Air conditioning throughout provides cool air in the summer and heating in the winter. Internet is free of charge.

Free parking on site.

Medium to long term lets available between October and April.

Children are very welcome in this apartment. We apologies for the lack of access for people with limited mobility.

For your safety, we have installed smoke alarms, a carbon monoxide alarm and a fire extinguisher.

We had a great time at the apartment. The location is perfect, so close to the beach. The kitchen is well-equipped, definitely better than other experiences. There is also a box full of stuff you can bring to the beach, such as parasols and beach ball rackets. Slight note is that after the booking we found out that tourist tax is excluded from the price and a credit card number is asked as a deposit, which are both not mentioned in the listing on Airbnb. We got apologies for that and it was all handled professionally.

Gute Wohnung mit Platz und Nähe zu Stadt und Strand

Die Wohnung in Vilanova ist bestens geeignet für Familien, die 3 Schlafzimmer brauchen (2 Teenager). Der Strand ist in wenigen Minuten erreichbar, die Strandpromenade mit diversen Restaurant und der Ortskern ebenfalls. Die Ausstattung ist OK, das Bad allerdings hübsch aber unpraktisch - für ein/ zwei geht es. WLAN vorhanden, (HDMI-fähiger) Fernseher (spanisches Programm) auch - haben wir wegen der in Spanien späten Essenszeiten eh nicht genutzt. Frühstück auf dem Balkon bei aufgehender Sonne - sehr schön. Kann die Wohnung auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen. Vilanova ist per Bahn gut mit Barcelona (und Sitges) verbunden, so dass Tagesausflüge Problemlos und günstig machbar sind. Wir sind trotz Mietwagens mit der Bahn nach BCN gefahren.

L'appartement est vraiment génial ! La terrasse a été utilisé tout au long de la semaine, idéal pour se poser, manger et profiter de l'extérieur. On accède très rapidement à la plage, et donc on peut décider d'y aller sur un coup de tête. Les chambres sont suffisamment spacieuse et confortable, de même pour le salon. Je recommande vivement.
